Armin Cruz is an operational excellence advisor and consultant. Armin Cruz specializes in business process management and lean process improvement. In an effort to drive incremental improvements Mr. Cruz advises to ensure you measure three metrics at the strategic level. Creating a nested metric system that measures the 3 D’s (Dollars, Days, Defects) to define the environment will allow the executive to view the horizon yet have insight to the nuts and bolts of the business.
Armin Cruz earned a MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a BA from the University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, Mr. Cruz earned a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Bank of America.
In his spare time Mr. Cruz enjoys traveling, cruising, and working out. Mr. Cruz lives in Little Elm, Tx with his wife, Diane, and son, Jackson.
